I had such a great experience at YOMG. The atmosphere was really welcoming and the staff were super friendly and attentive the whole time. The food came out quickly and everything tasted amazing, full of flavour and was well presented. i will 100% be coming back soon.

"Yomg" is a gem! From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone felt welcome. What is the experience like at YOMG Pacific Fair?We recently visited Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt & YOMG Pacific Fair and overall had a really fun experience. Located inside Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, it’s a lively spot that’s great for a casual dessert stop after shopping or dinner. The place has a modern, colourful vibe and you can see why it’s popular with families, couples and groups of friends.What makes YOMG different?One of the highlights is the self-serve frozen yogurt concept. You can choose your own yogurt flavours and then add as many toppings as you like, everything from fresh fruit and granola to chocolates, sauces and sweets. It’s quite a fun experience because everyone can customise their dessert exactly the way they want.How is the food and quality?The frozen yogurt itself tasted fresh and creamy and the topping selection was impressive. There are plenty of options which makes it easy to create something different each time you visit. It’s also nice to see fruit and lighter topping choices available alongside the more indulgent options.Is it family friendly?Yes, definitely. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming and it’s a great place to visit with kids. Food’s pretty nice, but without fail, every single time i order a shake they take 15-20 minutes to make it, if it happened once i wouldn’t say anything about it but it happens every week, other than the outrageous waiting times for some items on the menu, place is really nice and i do recommend it.

Great place we were there today 8th Feb and I must say the young lady behind the counter has excellent service, very vibrant and helpful. She welcomes everyone into the store offering taste tests very enthusiastic. Ice cream was lovely.

I love your food YOMG. Your service is also fantastic. The waste though is why my rating is low. No recycling bins. So much that can be recycled going to landfill. If you dine in, you get given your food in takeaway packaging. So so much waste. My heart breaks for our landfill crisis. Gold Coast is running out of landfill room. We all have a part to play. Please do better for our environment and community ❤️. Would love to see some changes here.

Came for dinner and we’ve been here 3 times ever since, in the span of 6 days. The workers are so kind and attentive. We’ve been served by liv, holly and the manager and they were all so positive and made us feel like we’re at home. The food was also a 10/10, from the burgers and fries to the frozen yogurt. Excellent froyo. Friendly team. Both the salted pistachio and berry cheesecake flavors are tasty and work well together. I really liked the fresh strawberry and brownie bits, they taste so sweet and fresh. The price is competitive! The place also offers proper lunch and dinner.

Literally some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The cheese sticks are amazing, so are the shakes, all their sides are delicious tbh. The atmosphere is great and the staff are so lovely. Definitely would recommend!

Honestly, best burgers on the coast. Amazing selection of fillings and burger buns, such as the purple or red bun. Brilliant attentive staff and the frozen yoghurts are amazing. The Biscoff is incredible and vegan apparently!

Came in for the second time in just a few days to have their amazing frozen yoghurt, found myself drooling over the food that other people were having delivered to their tables and couldn't help myself.It was Tuesday special, so we had a Beef Cheezy (Cheeseburger) and a side of fries.Fries were cooked well, and seasoned much better than any other chips around I know.The burgers were delivered to our table without having to wait long at all, and even though we had ordered the special, the man explained to us that the burger was made with grass fed beef from Victoria and on a milk bin.The burger lived up to the hype and did not disappoint at all.Ended up full from yoghurt, but just couldn't leave without trying their burgers and chips.Great atmosphere, friendly staffAmazing!!!Highly Recommend!!!

I think their frozen yoghurt is good and they have a great selection of toppings. But why are the restaurant playing music like it’s a nightclub? It’s unbearable to sit inside the restaurant when I can’t even hear my own thoughts because if the loud music. Seriously I don’t get it. I won’t be back if you’re not stopping with the night club music

Wow i am shy to give 5 stars but everything was genuinely so amazing. The food was literally melting in my mouth and the service was 10/10. We got the kingsways and chicken bites and added hot honey. Anne Marie served us and genuinly you can see how hard she works and passionate she is and good at her job, definitely deserves some recognition and appreciation for her amazing service!! Been here multiple times and will come again for both burgers and yogurt.

Stopped in for dinner on our last day here at the Gold Coast.We got a cheese burger, chicken bites, mac and cheese bites, and the loaded fries.Food was over all pretty good for the place it is. Service was friendly and food came out quickly after ordering considering it was busy.
