YoMG this place is the real deal! We made last minute changes after ordering and the staff were more than happy to help and didn’t make it seem like an issue. The food is next level, if you think a place like Betty’s burgers is good (it’s not btw) then you need to get here because this is unreal!

I went in tonight to get some yoghurt and had the greatest experience with an employee named Sophie. She made the experience personable and the atmosphere she created completely made my day and week. She gave me a hand and it was some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I will be back many more times because of her!! You guys have a good one over there!! 😄😄

We went here for lunch after just looking around the place….it was new to us.I found every aspect of our time here to be perfect! The food was delicious!!!! I had the honey soy wings which were absolutely perfectly cooked….my partner had a delicious burger!!! I don’t rate this highly usually but this place is exceptional! We will definitely be back very soon!!!

I loved the short, ash blonde, girl with brown eyes and pale skin. she served me really well. She was really nice. However, the tall guy with glasses kept bothering me and staring at me while i was eating my food in peace.

I’m a broke uni student, so my partner and have been going here for date night since it opened. It’s affordable and the the food is consistently fantastic. Tonight we got taken care of by Tristan, who was funny, patient and so freaking attentive. His service had my partner say “he took care of me better than you ever could” after he handed him a napkin for the sauce in his face and talked about his favourite aspect of the store. So bloody brilliant!

I work in the centre and me and my coworkers come to eat here at least once a week. It has always been 5 starts from the food to the service. We met Matilda and Sophie on the open day and they have always been so amazing every single time we come in. 100% recommend!!!!

We came to YOMG Chermside for a family birthday party last night. I have a lot of allergy/dietary requirements and so I don't usually eat out as most places don't cater for my needs (which is completely understandable). I dont even ask any more when we go out, I usually just enjoy the company while everyone else eats.My wife mentioned this to the staff when she was ordering for the rest of the family. Next minute the chefs and staff were all discussing options for how they could accommodate me and they managed to prepare and put something together for me that was not only safe for me to eat but also tasted amazing.This was by far the most outstanding customer service I have ever seen while dining out. It took everything in me not to cry on the spot. Hats off to the whole team from the chefs to the service staff, they were all so friendly and engaging and made the whole experience one that my family will never forget!

Worth the hype. 8 of us went everyone enjoyed their food. Burgers, wings, chips, mac n cheese bites, onion rings & froyo all good! The young guy that bought us our food was so nice also. Recommend, it’s super popular we got there at 4.30pm on a Saturday and got a table no problem by 5.30 it was packed! While it’s still new probably best trying to go at an off time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐I visited this place on Friday night with my family, and we had a great experience! We each ordered a burger (4 in total), along with chips and two sides. Even though we probably didn't need it, we had to try the frozen yoghurt too. The burgers were delicious, fresh, and served quickly. The sides were tasty, with the chicken bites being my favorite. The macaroni and cheese bites were good, but a bit rich for my taste, so I probably wouldn't order them again. The frozen yoghurt was amazing, and we could choose as many toppings as we wanted.The only downside was the seating. The tables are quite small unless you're lucky enough to snag one of the four booths. There are a few seats outside, but there's no lighting if you're dining at night. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and we will definitely be back!

I love how there’s a choice of cutting burger and that there’s a sink to wash your hands after eating. So thoughtful and small things like that matter! The food’s yummy, the atmosphere is great and service is so quick!

Delicious, absolutely loved the food.We got California Dreaming (beautiful flavouring) and bao town (exceptional, amazing idea of creating a bao burger). The shakes were hokey poker (delicious, best shake I’ve ever had) and the lemon slice shake (it literally tasted like a lemon slice in drink form). We also got nacho fries (good too).All the food was very filling and left you satisfied, not icky.The staff were amazing and very friendly.We paid $62 for our meals and compared to the Bavarian next door is way better for pricing, food and drinks.Perfect!

Zakary M was especially amazing, he made sure my drink was lactose free which I found really thoughtful as I’m lactose intolerant and he personally came out to explain my drink had dairy and he asked if I wanted the dairy out and explained how the drink would be without the dairy and overall was very helpful and kind.

Wow!! Had the pleasure of coming here for a Friday night dinner with hubby and the service was awesome, the food came out so fast and they were even busy… we didn’t even get to take photos it was that delicious we grabbed 2 burgers 2 shakes fries and wings everything was perfect 👌 reasonably priced as well.. we will definitely be coming back.

The customer service was amazing, they were very friendly and kind. The menu is easy to read and very clear, our waiting time was around 5 mins even if we came in a busy time at night. They have vegetarian options for every burger which is something great. The quality of the food was great. Definitely we will be back soon ☺️

Extremely quick wait times, amazing quality of food and drinks. The portion sizes are large and very well priced. They have a very flexible menu for vegetarians and amazing staff to help you with anything. We came at peak dinner rush time and only had to wait 5 minutes for everything we ordered, they did an amazing job. We are definitely going to keep coming back.

A really nice addition to Chermside, perfect combination if you want just burger and chips or if you want a frozen yoghurt with toppings. The frozen drinks were a highlight as well. Mango flavoured yoghurt was the best.

I ordered the purple burger as I was feeling fabulous. Honestly it was $34 for my entire meal which was a bit more than I would have liked. But it was delicious and I feel totally satisfied.
