The food was fantastic and the burgers were delicious! Reddick brought over some froyo samples which really enhanced our experience compared to taking the grandparents to Young. We’ve never had such a great time and Reddick truly made it special.

Visited this place after bowling next door on Saturday night. The place was heaving with people enjoying their delicious delights. They are very good at getting people served and through the register with minimal disruptions. The food etc is the same across the branch network, but here you have the option of eating inside or outside which is also good.A really nice atmosphere and it made for a nice end to a night out.

Absolutely wonderful ! The food was delicious and the staff were incredible . We had a big day for my sons birthday.. had taken him and his little mates to swimming and waterslides the we did a walk in to YOMG before we hit the cinemas . To be honest ..there was 8 of us and we all said ( even the kids ) how nice the staff was and so accomodating . Definitely recommend 100 percent .. all my sons little mates want to go back there again hahaha . Keep up the awesome work .. and here I thought that customer service wasn’t around anymore but you guys definitely impressed me xoxo

Every time I visit this location it’s always full of life and customers, so I know they’re doing something right. We visited after working a sweat playing some tennis to grab a few shakes and yoghurts.The young staff base were all very friendly and accommodating, we weren’t having to wait long for our shake’s either.My honeycomb shake was delicious! I didn’t last long in the cup put it that way.

Tuesday's deals are our family favorite!Cheesy burgers are $8 and the $1 change to gluten free buns is actually really nice quality and soft (when they're fresh)The staff are really careful with allergies and change gloves to prepare food.And there are dairy free and soy free options for froyo too. We went to YOMG Frankston and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the vibes were great, and the service was super fast. The burgers were beautifully presented and excellent value for money.What really stood out was the service — we were offered samples of all the frozen yogurt flavours, and after tasting them we couldn’t resist ordering. Love that it's buy 1 get one free vege burgers on a Monday, winning! Burgers were delish. But there goes my discount as I spent $20 JUST FOR ME on fro yo. Girl maths, I'm still ahead right? Worth every calories. My only gripe would be it's a bit chilly, needs some heaters or maybe not an automatic door as the draft was 🥶, even in my oodie (yep I'm that bogan that wore that to dinner). Will definitely be back, thanks so much. 😁

I am so sick right now. I was just okay until I walked into this fabulous establishment, then I was ecstatic! Atmosphere up the wazoo. Service on fleek! It was really delicious. I had the chocolate and the mixed berry frozen yogurt which was incredibly refreshing. On top of that all of their toppings/mixers were fresh, I chose the following: brownies (were moist, and the top of it was crunchy- yum! 🤤), and fruit was crisp. They had a large variety of different toppings and flavours. Will become here again and will be recommending to others.

Had Frozen Yoghurt for the first time at this place. Awesome 👌 products. Just a heads up...the cost is by weight. There is different size containers and many different toppings hot and cold. This place also is a Burger 🍔 Bar as well. Very helpful and friendly staff 😊.

I feel like customer service these days is dead. But tonight I was pleasant surprised to see it isn’t!We were served by a stand out employee named Noah so I decided to leave a review.We ordered a couple of vegan burgers and another burger with a gluten free bun. When I ordered Noah suggested changing the buns on the vegan burgers due to the other buns containing milk. When I ordered the gluten free bun he asked if he should put a celiac alert on the order so the kitchen would know.Little things like this showed that Noah not only knew how to do his job well but that he cared for his customers. It’s something I rarely experience when ordering food and I miss it.Too work Noah, keep it up mate 🤙🏼

Love the fro yo here & that they have some healthy topings & a vegan fro yo but they are often running out of certain flavours & toppings & staff often seem in a bad mood. It's also not cheap.

A good place for a quick bite and shakes. The beef burger was really good and was balanced on all aspects. The buns were a bit dry which was not a good thing.The sweet potato fries is a must try!
