We are now seeking the next customer service superstar to join our team as the Front of House Manager at YOMG Doncaster!
Applicants to this role, must be:
- available to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends,
- available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week,
- experienced in managing a front of house customer service team,
- a leader, who can maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience,
- skilled at problem solving, and being solution centric,
- able to work well in a team environment,
- trustworthy with glowing references,
- a great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills,
- willing to learn and excel,
- passionate about hospitality, food, and customer service.
Some role responsibilities include:
- managing your team on a day-to-day basis,
- hiring, training and the development of your team,
- managing and controlling labour costs,
- maintaining operational policies and standard operating procedures,
- assisting with stock purchasing and levels,
- maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the store,
- rostering and timekeeping,
- reporting directly to your area manager/s and YOMG Head Office.
