We are now seeking a Full Time Frozen Yogurt Team Leader!

We are on the lookout for our next frozen yogurt superstar, passionate about self-serve frozen yogurt and customer service. As a Frozen Yogurt Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer experience, store cleanliness, and product quality, while leading a positive and fun team working environment. You will have in-depth knowledge of the YOMG products and ingredients to enhance the YOMG customer service.

Applicants to this role, must be:

• available to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends,
• available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week,
• skilled at problem solving, and being solution centric,
• a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, passionate about self-serve frozen yogurt,
• able to work well in a team environment,
• trustworthy with glowing references,
• a great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills,
• willing to learn and excel.
