We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for an experienced Area Manager who is passionate about hospitality, people leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple stores.

About the Role
As a YOMG Area Manager, you will oversee several YOMG venues and ensure they operate smoothly, consistently, and in line with the YOMG brand. You’ll support Venue Manager/s, drive high performance, and lead by example to uphold our standards across service, food quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor venue managers and their teams.
• Ensure all stores deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, maintaining YOMG’s quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, including sales, labour, and cost control.
• Implement and maintain operational systems and procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to support leadership, training, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and food safety compliance.
• Drive brand initiatives, promotions, and local community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety and all company policies.
• Foster a positive culture and uphold YOMG’s brand values across all venues.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager in hospitality or quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for great food, great service, and creating great experiences.
• Proven ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and drive sales growth.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to be visible and involved at store level.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends when required.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
