I was visiting today as a part of an interstate trip. To go for a quick bite and receive the excellent service that we did was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I were helped by Holly. She came around and checked on us, helped us on two other occasions and approached her interactions with all customers with a positive and vibrant attitude. I am astounded to have received this level of service at a fast food burger restaurant. Well done Holly!! 👏

An absolutely wonderful experience, the delicious food we ordered came fresh and fast. From hot spicy wings and sweet red velvet shakes to crispy sweet potato fries and vegan burgers YOMG does an amazing job in providing a consistently perfect range of food. The restaurant was very clean, and not too loud. The workers were wholesome and considerate. One employee stood out, she was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there and help customers, she greeted us and asked if we needed anything, how we were finding the food, and gave us a kind goodbye as we left. When it got busy she shared work among the YOMG team to assure no customers had to wait long. Amazing work from these employees!10/10 dinner experience would recommend.

The service and work ethic from this one girl was the best ive seen in hospitality in a long long time, she stood out amongst the rest of her team.I was there today around lunch time ish, she was wearing a jumper and brunette hair, i didnt catch her name. She is absolutely fantastic!

Hands down to the best burgers I ever had in a long time!! Where do I start the fries was excellent came so fresh and it was hot from frying them , The burgers it self was amazing and juicy I loved this place definitely worth coming back again ❤️

came here when YOMG was doing there "yo my cookout" range, and ordered their hillbilly tots which were so incredibly tasty! i customized mine slightly to have no cheese sauce or buttermilk ranch, and still there was seriously so much flavor. Although it was only a side, it most definitely filled me up, i absolutely loved this range and would love for this to be a permanent menu item.

This place absolutely delivered. No crumbs. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The chips were hot and seasoned. Garlic bread was flavourful and not dry. This meal had me wanting to come back again the next day. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Yum. It was my first time going to any self serve froyo place last night. Staff were lovely and offered samples ( Salted pistachio was very nice). Plenty of toppings to select from which staff are very proactive in filling up. Most certainly will be back.

Loved this place, Definitely recommend. The food was delicious, and the girl who looked after us was so kind welcoming and positive. She really made our visit enjoyable. Definitely coming back. Milk shakes are hands down best we have tried.

YOMG has really nice frozen yogurt that’s light, refreshing, and not too sweet. Lots of toppings to choose from, and everything tastes fresh and satisfying. Perfect for a quick dessert or a chill treat with friends. Would definitely go back again!

Visiting Oz and first time trying this brand and another Y brand for its frozen yogurt. We prefer this brand as it was "sweeter" than another. Outlet is also closer to our accommodation.Froyo is charged by weight and 8 flavors to choose from, & wide variety of topping. Seems flavors are sometimes different. Able to mix flavors. Could.not really taste the matcha for the "salted caramel matcha"We have been popping by & having froyo close to daily after dinner. Enjoyed by kids too and we bought 2 tubs for takeaway.

Every time we come to Yomg it is always such a great experience. The staff are outstanding and always have amazing customer service. The food is always of high quality and tastes amazing! Our favourite place to come whilst at Pacific Fair! 🙂

Best burger I have ever eaten, it was SO fresh, delicious, honestly 10/10, staff were very friendly and had the yogurt afterwards which was also incredible. I’m a lover for burgers but this has to be the best burger place I’ve ever been too, and we got the 3 chicken strips on the side which were so crunchy and crispy. We will be back

I love the cookie dough and the yogurt flavours. My only annoyance is that I had to wait almost 5 minutes for a staff member to process my transaction, and therefore more staff need to be fostered on during this time period (I was there a Tuesday at 1pm). Additionally, the large strawberry slices are a bit difficult to eat and look very unappealing.

Although I don’t know this lovely lady’s name, her service is TOP NOTCH. I came 2 days consecutively cuz your froyo is just soooo good and we were being greeted and served by a girl low braided, blonde, wearing skirt. around 17.40. she did the floor by herself and her energy is exceptional. 👏👏👏

could give 1,000 stars, I would!The customer service was incredible, and the food was absolutely next level. The burger and the honey soy wings were some of the best I've had.A huge thank you to the staff, especially Holly and the lovely lady with dark hair. I accidentally left my ring behind, which is extremely sentimental to me. The team went above and beyond to help find it and kept it safe for me until I returned.Thank you for the fantastic food and outstanding service. I'll definitely be back!

These guys are awesome, we uber the chocolate brownies quiet regularly and have left notes asking for extra vanilla ice cream ect and every time they do just that along with a note back to us 🙂 the brownies are amazing btw! And the staff seem just as great. Thanks guys

I love your food YOMG. Your service is also fantastic. The waste though is why my rating is low. No recycling bins in store so everything goes into a landfill bin. If you dine in, you get given your food in takeaway packaging which must cost you a bit? Especially since everything is labelled with the YOMG label. Gold Coast is running out of landfill space. We all have a part to play as individuals and businesses to reduce our waste/ landfill creation. Would love to see some changes here.Edit: have been here since posting my review and sadly no changes.

Before coming here, I heard 50/50 feedback from this place but I wanted to try this out. Every-time I have been, the staff have been super helpful, friendly and genuinely are awesome.Of all the meals, the chicken is always super crispy and flavourful. Even the basic cheeseburger is really good and the sides we get are always good value and a nice complement.One complaint I have was we did not in particular like the buffalo sauce much, but the ranch did make up for it. This new texas range is awesome and that cheese sauce + chicken is insane.Really good place, good food, good value and awesome staff. One advice is to get a beverage since the sodium does hit hard..

I've been to this Yomg twice now and excellent experience both times. The shakes are so good and ingredients taste nice and fresh. It's cheap prices too (in my opinion) and as long as you don't go at rush hour, then the service is quick. Lovely staff and lovely restaurant.

This is my friend and i’s second time visiting YOMG and it never disappoints! We love the thickshakes here so much, highly recommend the biscoff ripple if you are a fan of biscoff! The service is lovely and efficient, and the food is very good for the price. 10/10 recommend.

I came into YOMG, this afternoon treating the little ones with some frozen yogurt, honestly ended up being such an amazing experience. 2 for 1 froyo, was already such good value. A young lady called Holly made the whole visit incredible, the second we walked in she was so welcoming and was full of positve energy, especially with the kids. Its honestly rare to come across someone with genuine customer service and a lovely personality. Even when busy she still stayed so friendly and professional. Defintenly one of the best customer service experiences i had in a long time!

Loved this place, eating at my first time at YOMG. Absolutely greattt!! I was not expecting the frozen yoghurt to be that good and the staff were so nice and welcoming. I like how they have a wider variety of gluten free and vegan as I cant have dairy at the moment. I couldn't resist but get a burger afterwards, and that was awesome. Definetly recommend. Thank you 😊

Had an amazing experience a couple of days ago. My friend and I always half our burgers so we can share and the kind gentleman from the kitchen took our food back to the kitchen and cut the burgers for us. Amazing service 10/10!
