Inca berries

Inca berries look almost golden when picked fresh off the tree and are more than worth their weight in goodness. These South American friends are full of antioxidants, dietary fibre, potassium, vitamic C, phosphorous and provide more protein than most dried fruits.

Almonds

Perfect for a low-carb diet, almonds are full of nutrients while only offering a small dose of carbohydrates.
