Went here with a work client. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, they patiently explained how to order, explained the devices used to let us know our meal would be ready. Staff even came to check in on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was okay. 10/10 for the staff that day. They went above and beyond with service.

Love their frozen yoghurt, always delish with a vast selection of toppings. Our fav toppings are mochi and halwa. Staff are always friendly and ready to help, plenty of seating inside. Will continue to come to this location, very happy customers.

Thank you so much Jayde for sorting this out :)We love YOMG and have always purchased from Fountain Gate but the last delivery was just awful because of Menulog Driver.Maybe, when delivering any Liquid Items put them in a clear plastic bag so that it is visible and the driver is aware (even though your store did advise him of this).WE WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE FROM YOMG FOUNTAIN GATE 🙂

Loved the burger. Had king's way, the meat is cooked to perfection and is full of flavors. Loved it in general. Sides and shakes were also top class.My go to lunch on every cheat day.

I’d say a 4.5 I got the American fries I would of gave a 5 if there was abit more chips for the size as well my bacon came cold if they cooked it over reheating it.. would of been amazing ♡

This is our go-to place for burgers at Fountain Gate. The burgers here are consistently delicious, and the freshly made chips are a perfect complement. It's worth mentioning that this place used to offer a unique selection of free chilli🌶sauces from different countries, which added an extra flair to the dining experience. Unfortunately, they no longer provide them, and it's unclear why. Nevertheless, the quality of the burgers and the overall dining experience remain top-notch. If you're in the mood for a satisfying burger meal, this place won't disappoint.
