Food is fantastic, real burgers are served here and made with love - perfect buns, fresh meat and a generous size, topped off with perfectly cooked chips.Totally addicted to the frozen yoghurt - always tastes amazing!! So many toppings to choose from, you can have a healthy option or go all out and really treat yourself. No wonder I keep coming back!! Lovely place, lots of smiles and excellent customer service. Playing any music in a eatery can be a positive or negative experience for the customer. Is it too loud, does it appeal to your taste? Even playing bright happy tunes maynot appeal to all. My opinion is turn it down so it just audible and that way you don't have to be annoyed by it.

Food and service is always amazing at my local store in Pakenham making it a family favourite place…Highly recommend this place whenever I get the chance to do so. AmazingMy only negative is sometimes it’s too hot in the building however that is more a personal preference

Come here every month or so a little while now.Consistently good service and food.Staff are happy to make changes to their burgers with no issues at all.I’ve tried quite a few different burgers, but my favourite so far has been ‘California Dreaming’, the purple bun is pretty cool.And the frozen yoghurt is a great way to finish off lunch 😊

Great burgers - sign of a great eatery I reckon is if there are multiple options that you are torn between, and that's the case at YOMG. Service can be a bit patchy - not bad, but maybe better training and emphasis on the customer's "experience" would give better consistency. Ordering online works well, would prefer though that the food be ready 1-2 mins after arrival rather than sitting there already for several minutes and already not hot.

使用了桌邊點餐服務，Apple Pay 試了好幾次都沒有成功,最後使用輸入卡片號碼才成功的，app有點小失敗，奶昔味道很順滑，薯條醬汁讓人印象深刻，但炸雞不是很好吃，外皮是酥脆的但內裡沒有味道。
